Our Fit Family Life understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits Our Sites and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and Our obligations under the law.

It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from Our Sites (whether We provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). 1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

Depending upon your use of Our Sites, We may collect some or all of the following data:

Our Online Programs are hosted on mommybodybliss.ourfitfamilylife.com (Thinkific Labs Inc - “Thinkific”). Thinkific provides us with the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our Products and Services to you.

Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases, and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

When you subscribe to our newsletter or enroll as a subscriber or learner on Our Sites or related programs, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name and email address.

We use your data to provide the best possible services to you. This includes:

          • Supplying Our services to you;

          • Responding to communications from you;

          • Supplying you with newsletters and content;

          • Market research;

          • Analyzing your use of Our Sites through a third party, Google Analytics, Meta, and Google Pixels to enable Us to continually improve Our Sites and your user experience.

Payment:

If you make a purchase on Our Sites, we use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal.

Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our Sites and related courses and its service providers.

2. How do you get my consent?

When you provide Us with personal information to become a subscriber, or learner on Our Sites, make a purchase, or participate in a program, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

6. What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?
